The owner at rayarus kitchen happens to be very close acquaintance to my family...I have heard a lot about the food but never visited finally last week we got a chance to dine there. They prepare and serves authentic bengalurean cuisine. If you want to taste a mixture of Bengaluru based tamilian/naidu/reddy/gowda food head to rayarus kitchen. Must try are bun parotta, chops curry, chicken ghee roast and chicken paddu i can for sure say we cannot find true to or authentic bengalurean cuisine in other parts of Bengaluru.
Dishes I got to taste:
Natti Kozhi Fry (free range chicken simmered and fried in spices)
chicken Paddu ( Chicken mince fried in shape of paddu)
Mutton paya soup (lamb trotters soup)
Mutton Liver fry
Deep Fried Seabass
Goat heat curry
Goat intestine curry (Botti Curry)
Chicken ghee roast
Bun Parotta
Natti kozhi donne Biryani
Coconut lapa.
Amazing food for non veg eaters. Place is small with limited seating capacity nor that it is full all the time. I came to know from word of mouth but a MUST go place. Ambience is good also has a Mini party hall, the food is really Awesome .
Must try bun parota and bheja fry, mutton chops with green gravy, Bangda fish Tava fry, PAYA SOUP - Served complementary at the beginning of the meal, this spicy soup was full of the roast lamb leg flavor. The smokiness and the umami was in perfect balance last but not least Coconut Lapa complimentary dessert.
Finger licking and authentic Karnataka non vegetarian Cuisine.
Home style food, very light and extremely fresh.
Extremely hygienic & very high quality standards.
Must try :
****MUTTON PADDUS***
Chicken Ghee Roast
Akki Rotti with Chicken Curry.
Naati chicken biryani.
